Information we collect
Our trainee-interest, volunteer, mentor, partnership and contact forms collect the fields shown on each form. Depending on the workflow, this can include your name, age range, city/district/state-level location, phone number, email address, background, skills, availability, professional information, organisation details and the message or proposal you choose to provide.
These forms do not request identity documents, payment details, precise home addresses, CV uploads, photographs, medical information, caste, religion or political affiliation.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information to understand, review and respond to expressions of interest, volunteer or mentor applications, partnership proposals and general enquiries; to plan appropriate Foundation activity; and to protect the integrity and security of these workflows.
Consent and submission records
Each form requires an unchecked consent box. We record whether consent was accepted, the version of this notice and the time of consent. We also create a non-predictable reference and an internal status-history record. Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee admission, selection, placement, partnership or employment.
Who can review information
Submissions are not public. They may be reviewed only by authorised Prashastaa Foundation personnel or appropriately authorised service providers who need access to operate or secure the website. Submitted information is not intended to be sold as marketing data, and these forms do not enrol you in marketing communications.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, access controls, CSRF protection, abuse controls and separate production and staging systems. No internet service can promise absolute security. Formal retention periods and detailed organisational handling procedures are pending final approval; information should be retained only as long as reasonably required for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations.
Correction, withdrawal and deletion requests
You may use the contact form and include your submission reference to request correction, withdrawal or deletion. A request may be subject to identity verification and applicable retention, safeguarding, audit or legal requirements. No Data Protection Officer or separate privacy email address is being represented until one is formally verified.
Updates
The consent notice version currently recorded by the forms is 2026-10-20. Material changes will be reflected on this page before a new version is used for future submissions.
