FUTURE SKILLS

Programme status: Fundraising & Programme Development

Potential cannot always be measured by marks.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence is changing how people learn, work, build and solve problems.

Prashastaa's AI & Future Skills Mission aims to make practical technology learning accessible to motivated individuals and help them develop capabilities in AI, programming, automation and real-world project development.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

Accessible learning. Demonstrable capability.

To provide accessible, practical and employment-oriented education in artificial intelligence, programming, automation and emerging technologies, enabling learners to build real-world capabilities and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

No employment or salary outcome is promised.

ADMISSION PHILOSOPHY

Ability can come from anywhere.

Depending on programme requirements, Prashastaa intends to consider aptitude, motivation, interest and practical potential rather than relying solely on conventional academic grades.

Individual courses may still have appropriate prerequisites, safety requirements or age-related conditions.

POTENTIAL STRUCTURE

Youth Track

For appropriate age groups with parental or guardian consent and safeguarding.

POTENTIAL STRUCTURE

General Track

For adult learners, subject to the prerequisites of each course.

This is not a currently active admissions policy and does not promise unrestricted admission or universal age access.

FOUR MAJOR TRACKS

A pathway from readiness to real projects.

Learners may follow different routes based on their starting point, goals and appropriate prerequisites.

TRACK 1

AI Foundations & Digital Readiness

Digital fundamentals, practical AI use and responsible foundations for learners building confidence.

  • Computer, file and cloud fundamentals
  • Internet research and cyber hygiene
  • AI, generative AI and LLM concepts
  • Research, writing and document support
  • Verification, privacy, bias and human review

Completion does not make someone an ‘AI expert’.

TRACK 2

Programming & Automation

A build-oriented technical path from a defined problem toward tested software.

  • Programming foundations
  • Python
  • Web fundamentals
  • Git and GitHub
  • APIs
  • Automation

TRACK 3

Applied AI, LLMs & AI Agents

An advanced pathway for designing, testing and reviewing applied AI systems.

  • LLM fundamentals and structured prompting
  • APIs and structured outputs
  • Tool and function use
  • Retrieval, knowledge bases and RAG concepts
  • Agent workflows and multimodal AI
  • Evaluation, hallucination testing and human review

TRACK 4

AI Career, Project & Entrepreneurship Lab

Learners should demonstrate capability through real projects and clearly documented decisions.

  • AI research assistant
  • Document-analysis tool
  • Customer-support assistant
  • Website or application
  • Data-analysis workflow
  • Business automation
  • Knowledge assistant
  • Simple agentic workflow

Project evidence may support employment, internships, freelancing, entrepreneurship or continued learning; placement is not guaranteed.

TWO WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

Not every AI learner needs to become a programmer.

The proposed programme distinguishes productive, responsible AI use from deeper software-building pathways.

NON-TECHNICAL AI

Use AI responsibly in practical work.

  • AI productivity
  • Research
  • Digital operations
  • Business workflows
  • Content and document work

TECHNICAL AI

Build and evaluate AI-enabled systems.

  • Programming
  • APIs
  • Automation
  • LLM applications
  • AI agents
  • Software projects

LEARNING PATHWAY

Enter, progress or exit at an appropriate level.

The sequence shows the broad direction; individual learners may enter or exit at different points.

PROPOSED ADVANCED-TRACK ASSESSMENT

Project demonstration carries the most weight.

Advanced certification should require a project demonstration. This is proposed programme design, not a statutory or accredited qualification.

Practical assignments25 points25 out of 100
Technical understanding15 points15 out of 100
Project quality30 points30 out of 100
Problem solving / debugging15 points15 out of 100
Responsible AI & verification10 points10 out of 100
Communication / documentation5 points5 out of 100

RESPONSIBLE AI PILLAR

Capability must be matched by responsibility.

Practical use must include the discipline to recognise uncertainty, protect people and information, verify outputs and keep meaningful human oversight.

  • Hallucinations
  • Verification
  • Privacy
  • Sensitive information
  • Misinformation
  • Bias
  • Copyright
  • Human oversight
  • Safe deployment
  • Responsible automation
